Best & Worst Aspects
The hotel had a prime location in the heart of Leh centre, making it very convenient to explore the nearby market. I appreciated waking up to the mesmerizing view of Leh Palace from my balcony. Additionally, the staff were friendly and understanding, ensuring my food allergy was taken care of. They even went the extra mile and prepared special parathas for me during breakfast.
There was nothing I didn't like.

we spent just 10 minutes to walk to soma gompa. we loved staff and service, no complains at all. location, walking distance to all attractions. it is right by the airport.

Good hospitality and courteous staff. Strategic location, close to the market area but away from the hustle and bustle.- Basic amenities provided, considering the high altitude and snow-covered conditions of the area.
Limited amenities available, could have been better considering the challenging environment. The hotel could benefit from some upgrades and modernization.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, as it was extremely close to the bustling Leh market. The convenience of being able to explore the market and shop for souvenirs was a huge plus for me. Additionally, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even arranged for a car hire and ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace with stunning garden furniture. I also appreciated the in-room heating, which kept me warm during the cool Leh nights.
This hotel is highly recommended for families and I can understand why. The friendly and accommodating staff, along with the comfortable rooms and excellent service, make it the perfect choice for a family vacation.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being only a short distance from the main market in Leh. This allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops and experience the lively atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff members going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
It would have been beneficial if the hotel offered better WiFi connectivity throughout the entire property.

Great views from the balcony and nice and clean rooms. the hotel is also located close to the main market and the Leh Palace, which made it easy to explore the area.
The service was very poor, the staff was not attentive to our needs and there was a lack of hospitality. the food wasn't tasty and we had issues with cleanliness.
